Delivered at the 2004 Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) Annual Conference in Hershey, PA, this presentation updated municipalities on current revitalization issues.  Brownfield property was defined and community and government perspectives were outlined.  Gannett Fleming and PADEP speakers also identified brownfield action steps, tools and resources.
