A Gannett Fleming Senior Associate, Dean serves as group manager and chief engineer of our firm's Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Group.  He has expanded the group's capabilities of systems integration to include design/build, programmable logic controller, human/machine interface programming and radio communication pathway studies.

Dean has more than 11 years of experience and serves as the lead engineer and client contact on projects involving control, instrumentation and telecommunication systems for municipal, industrial and transportation applications.

Water/wastewater cutting-edge communications . . .
Dean co-wrote a paper on Cellular SCADA technology, a subject which has been presented at numerous industry events across the nation. 

He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a master of science in information systems from Shippensburg University.  

A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and a registered communications distribution designer, Dean is a member of the Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society; Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc.; and the Engineers Society of Pennsylvania.
