 Granger Energy wanted confirmation that their new building would not be visible from an adjacent road.

This video, an example of Gannett Fleming's 3D visualization capabilities, shows that there is sufficient existing vegetation cover to obscure visibility of the new building. 

It also shows that in areas of new grading and landscaping, the proposed newly planted trees (after growing to maturity) would sufficiently hide the new building.
